    Rewarding Evolution

"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent... It is the one that is the most adaptable to change".

    These matter.

But so do confidence, purpose, belonging, and well-being.

As we rethink education for an AI-driven world, perhaps the question isn't only what students know.

Perhaps it's also who they become.

    What do you think?

Education was designed for a world that no longer exists.

We continue to organize learning around age, schedules, and standardized pathways, while the world of work is being transformed by artificial intelligence.

At Education & Workforce Futures Lab, we're exploring a different future - one where learning is connected to purpose, real-world experience, and emerging opportunities.

The future of education isn't something we wait for.
    It's something we build.
